We make every effort to display product images, colors, fabrics, designs, sizes, and descriptions as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to lighting, photography, screen settings, fabric characteristics, embroidery, printing, or handmade workmanship.
2. Product Availability
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product or modify product details without prior notice.
If an ordered product becomes unavailable after your order has been placed, we will contact you and provide an appropriate solution, such as an alternative product or refund, where applicable.
3. Orders
An order is considered confirmed only after payment has been successfully received and the order has been accepted by Daff’O’Dils Designer Boutique.

Once an order is confirmed, changes may not be possible if processing or stitching has already started.

5. Stitching & Tailoring Services
For products ordered with stitching or customization:
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements and requirements.
- Stitching will be carried out according to the measurements and instructions provided by the customer.
- Once stitching has started, cancellation or changes may not be possible.
- Minor differences in measurements may occur due to fabric, cutting, stitching style, and tailoring techniques.
- Customized or stitched garments may not be eligible for return or exchange unless the product is defective or incorrectly made by us.
Customers should carefully review all measurement details before confirming the order.
6. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests should be made as soon as possible after placing an order.
Orders that have already been packed, dispatched, stitched, customized, or otherwise processed may not be eligible for cancellation.
Customized, stitched, altered, or made-to-order products generally cannot be cancelled once production has started.
Any eligible refund will be processed according to our applicable refund policy.
7. Returns & Exchanges
We want our customers to be happy with their purchases. However, due to the nature of boutique and fashion products, returns and exchanges are subject to our Return & Exchange Policy.
Products may be eligible for return or exchange only where applicable and subject to the following conditions:
- The product must be unused and unworn.
- The product must be returned in its original condition.
- Original tags, packaging, accessories, and other included items must be intact.
- The product must not have been washed, altered, damaged, stained, or modified.
- Return/exchange requests must be submitted within the period specified in our Return & Exchange Policy.
Customized, stitched, altered, personalized, or made-to-order garments may not be eligible for return or exchange, except where required due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
8. Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.
We may request photographs, videos, order details, or other information to verify the issue.
If the issue is confirmed to be our error, we will provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with our return/exchange policy.
9. Color & Fabric Variations
We cannot guarantee that the color displayed on your device will exactly match the actual product. Differences may occur due to screen brightness, monitor/mobile settings, photography lighting, and the nature of the fabric.
Minor variations in print placement, embroidery, weaving, texture, or embellishment may also occur and may not be considered defects.
10. Delivery
We will make reasonable efforts to dispatch orders within the estimated processing time communicated at the time of purchase.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, courier service, public holidays, customs procedures, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Daff’O’Dils Designer Boutique is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, customs authorities, incorrect addresses, unavailable recipients, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
11. Incorrect Delivery Information
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact information.
We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
Additional delivery charges may apply if an order needs to be resent because of an incorrect address or failed delivery attributable to the customer.
